H&H Bowe had operated as part of the H&H Group since 1999 however, the Land Agency Business is certainly one the oldest in the North West, established well over 100 years ago, and very much part of the H&H heritage. Renaming the company H&H Land & Property, provides a brand which can continue to grow and expand nationally in the future.

The Head office of H&H Land and Property remains based at Rosehill, Carlisle with Managing Director, John Robson and managing the North East Office (now based in Durham) will be David Quayle, former Managing Director of Nicholson and Weston.
