The RPA Online service will be unavailable from 6 February while they update the system. During this time customers will not be able to obtain new or re-issued Personal Identification Numbers (PINs). This is because PIN packs are being sent to all customers who have not already registered to use the online service.The RPA Online service will re-open on 28 February when customers will be able to start making their SPS 2012 applications.

Under European law all keepers must carry out an annual inventory of all the sheep and goats on every holding that they use and failure to return your annual inventory will increase your chances of being selected for a sheep and goat inspection and carries a cross compliance penalty.
