Basic Payment Scheme 2015
The Rural Payment Agency [the RPA] has announced that the new Basic Payment Scheme will start in January 2015. Similar to the current system, every hectare of eligible land has to be matched with a hectare of entitlement in order to claim.
As no previously recorded details will be available on the new Basic Payment Scheme online system, and there are significant changes which need to be understood, every UK farmer needs to engage with the Government’s new Scheme as soon as possible
Farmers, Agents and Claimants are only allowed to register ONLINE for the new system and the RPA are due to request registrations from around end of August 2014.

Basic Payment Payment Scheme
Using proprietary approved software we are able to submit the annual claim electronically. By sending the claim on-line to the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) the rate at which your claim is processed is speeded up, hopefully ensuring that you receive the payment early in the payment window. We have direct links to the RPA so can help deal with any long standing payment issues or mapping queries at a personal level. The processing of claims can be tracked electronically and documents printed off easily, thus saving time and money.
